vacation spot for both the family and the family pet. Whether
you are looking for a well-equipped family suite or a basic

Sands has it.
Located in the heart of Ocean Shores,
it is one of the better known lodging facilities. With over 150
units it's hard to miss.
Presently the Sands Resort is in the process of remodeling, and
part of the remodeling changes are shown below.

There
are two versions of the king studio suite, one with a kitchenette
and one without. These rooms are the same price whether they have
the kitchen or not. The variation on the rate is whether or not
the room has a view or not. Room amenities for with a kitchenette include an under counter refrigerator, stove with oven and coffee maker. Suites without a kitchenette will offer a beverage refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and satellite tv. |

Sands has one jacuzzi suite on the ground floor property. Aside from a king
size bed and 2 person jacuzzi the room also has a coffee maker, microwave, beverage refrigerator and satellite TV...but no ocean view. |

most economical of the rooms in the Sands Wing is the Queen Corner.
These rooms have either no view or a partial ocean view.

| The junior suites are
the only rooms at the Sands that have private balconies and patios.
Also called the mini suite - the room has a queen bed in the bedroom,
a kitchenette and living room. |

| The 1 bedroom suite does
not have an ocean view - the unit faces the outdoor pool. Sand's
1 bedroom does sleep 4 with 2 queen beds in the bedroom, it also

| The 2 bedroom
suite has much the same features as the one bedroom, except the
most will offer 3 beds (2 suites will offer 4 beds instead) and one does have a partial

Across the street from
the Sands is the five-plex that has 3 two bedroom units in it.
All 3 units have 2 bedrooms both with double sized beds, full kitchens,
dining rooms, microwave ovens and 2 units have fireplaces in the living room.
Aside from not being oceanside - these are nice units for a party
of 4.

Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool is situated in
the middle of the family suites in the Royal Wing. Like all
outdoor pools in the area - it is only open from Memorial Day
to Labor Day.

Are you looking for
a hot tub with a little privacy, but
can't afford one in your room. Exchange
your room key for the spa key and you'll
have 20 minutes
of
hot tub use all for yourself.
