Check in time is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at that time – this is a non-refundable deposit! If a cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month or more prior to arrival.

Unique Two Story Home in a Gated Community

This home is new from top to bottom and is located between Ocean City and Copalis, just a short walk from the beach. There is a distant ocean view through the trees from the decks on both levels. The upstairs has a 360 degree view of the rain forest and ocean. There is a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full and a twin in the downstairs area. This home can sleep up to five people. This non-smoking home does not allow pets or shoes.

 

Room Highlights

The living area is located on the second floor of the home and includes an open design kitchen and a gas fireplace. There is a TV, DVD player and satellite dish. The full kitchen is complete with new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and beverage fridge. A full sized refrigerator is located on the first level under the stairs.

There is a separate bedroom on the first floor of the home with a queen sized bed and a private door to the deck with a distant ocean view. For extra guests, there is also a bunk bed with a full and a twin in the family room. The full bathroom with a distant ocean view is located on this level as well.

Located on the north side of the house is a sunken 3-4 person hot tub and a charcoal BBQ. The ocean can still be seen through the trees from this level.
