Check in time
is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival,
and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first
night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and
will be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card
at that time. There is a 14 day cancellation policy ($25.00
cancellation fee) prior to arrival. Any cancellations
made less than the 14 day cancellation will forfeit the
first night deposit.

Hillside

Coming by for a visit to the Rocks house is like going down
to the ocean and stopping by Grandma's house for a visit. This
is an older, two-story home situated on the hillside with the
ocean just below. To get to the ocean, just follow the road
to the pathway below and you'll be there.
For the house highlights try four bedrooms, three bathrooms,
two fireplaces, full kitchen, wrap around deck facing the ocean.
On the property itself there is a good size garden along with
landscaping.

Room Highlights
Upper Level
|
|
Here is the main
living area in the Rocks house. As you can see the living area
offers a panoramic view towards the ocean.
The living area,
dining area and kitchen offer a large open area between all
three locations. Outside of the living area there is a wrap
around walkway that travels around the living area to an adjoining
porch just outside of the dining area.
The other main attractions for the living area include the wood fireplace, 20" TV with DVD, sectional couch, and did I mention the view. The kitchen and dining area features a full kitchen with the usual amenities and a six-person table in the dining area.

For bedrooms,
the upper level offers two bedrooms with a bathroom between
them. The first bedroom is reminds me of what grandma's room
is like. It includes a queen size bed, older style artwork,
and an outside view of the garden area below.
The next bedroom features a set of log furniture including
a queen size bed, rocking chair, artwork, and a small private
balcony outside that faces the ocean.

Lower Level
|
On the lower floor we have
the second living area. Overall it does not offer a lot of
furniture. Instead this is more the "kids/grandkids" play
area.
It has a smaller TV, couch, another wood fireplace, and
a storage/closet area with some children’s toys, such
as baby books, board games, puzzles, and even a play set /
doll house. |

For bedrooms, the lower level
offers two more bedrooms. For the adults or an extra guest
the first bedroom would be a good choice. The room offers an
antique style, queen size bed and desk with a vanity mirror,
artwork, and a good size closet.
The next room is just perfect for the kids. It features a
kid friendly, queen size bed, desk perfect for artistic creativity,
and a rocking chair. Additionally the same area offers a utility
area with the usual washer/dryer, sink, and storage area. |
