night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and

cancellation fee) prior to arrival. Any cancellations
made less than the 14 day cancellation will forfeit the
first night deposit.

Quiet Family Getaway in Ocean Shores
Is it time for your family getaway but you want a nice house with room to run around in, then consider Penny's Team. This new, one-story home offers a lot of room with a large backyard. It doesn't boast an ocean view, but the Marina and Jetty are a quick trip away.
House highlights include a master bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom, a guest room with another queen bed, a kids room with two-twin beds, a gas fireplace in the living area, a full kitchen with two dining areas and large fenced in backyard with deck. Sleeps 6.

The Main Living Area
For the decor, this part of the house offers some vintage accents to compliment the decor along with a gas fireplace, leather sofa, TV and an old trunk used as a coffee table. |

The Kitchen and Dining Areas
Here the kitchen is new and modern with lots of wood cabinetry. Highlights include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, a storage island and extra counter space for the kids.
As for dining this home features two separate, morning and evening areas for meals. The "breakfast" area situated in the back, sunny area of the home (which doubles as an entry way into the backyard). For the evening meals, its location is closer to the main access areas of the kitchen (right in front of the storage island). |

The Master Bedroom
This is the most spacious bedroom in the whole house. The room features a separate ("smaller") master bathroom with a showering unit, sliding glass door access to the back deck, a large closet, a queen size bed and a TV.

It's time to hit the hay, but the company you've invited over needs a place to stay. In that case your in luck with an extra bedroom. This guest room does feature a queen size and a separate TV. |
