and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first night
plus cleaning fee & tax is required at the time of the booking
and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at that time this
is a non-refundable deposit and is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If a cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another
reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month
or more prior to arrival.

Ocean front in Moclips
This beautiful home is
only a year old and when you step inside it still has that "New
Home" smell! The view is spectacular and the sunsets are
amazing.
The Pacific House has
2 bedrooms plus a loft room with a queen bed and a room off of
it that has 2 twin beds (This room is for short people only),
plus there is 2 full baths, a kitchen most women would kill for
and a living area that is spacious and open.
What could be better?
How about a very nice, new spa on the deck with a view
of the ocean.

The living area at the Pacific
House runs along the west wall with huge windows allowing for
a view that most people only dream about. On the south end of
the house is the actual "living room", with plenty
of plush furniture that can be arranged into a conversation area
or turned to watch some HDTV (with premium channels too boot).
In the middle is the gas fireplace and the formal dining area
and on the north end a fantastic kitchen, complete with a breakfast
bar and plenty of counter space to prepare your food. If you
want Internet access as well, then dust off your wireless card
because you have WIFI access too.

There are 2 bedrooms each with
a queen bed. Unfortunately there is no view from the bedrooms.
Upstairs from the living area is
the loft, it has a table and four chairs, 2 love seats and another
queen size bed. The view from the loft is spectacularThrough
the door, that reminds you of something from Alice in Wonderland,
is 2 twin beds. This room is for short people only - no one over
5' tall!
