Check in time is 4pm, early check ins must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first
night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at that time – this is a non-refundable deposit! If a
cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month or more prior to arrival.

Absolutely Fantastic Home
with a partial view in Pacific Beach
Beyond a doubt, this is one of the largest homes available for rent on Oceanshores.com. Sleeping over 17 people in just the beds alone and has room for more (up to 27+ people). This is a very spacious, beautiful home that's great for a large family get together and offers a large meeting room for special functions or even a private wedding.
As for this home, it is a three-story building that resides on a private five-acres of land with a partial ocean view and includes some Asian/religious influences through out the home. The layout includes four separate bedrooms between the 1st and 2nd floors and two half-bathrooms/three full-bathrooms spanning all three floors. The living area is a open and spacious with lots of windows for natural lighting and offers easy access to the kitchen/dining area.
For relaxation and tanning, there is a four-person hot tub on the 2nd floor deck (behind the house) and a wrap around deck on the 1st floor in addition to the balcony. In the laundry department, there is a washer/dryer in the utility area that also provides access to the 1st floor deck.
Please note: This is a non-smoking and no shoe home with a sleeping limit up to 27+ people. There is no elevator access, but the ground floor is wheel chair accessible.

The Blue Room
Just like the "Red" room, this bedroom features a queen and twin size beds with the "blue" themed bedding and a large closet with a open modular layout. Also worth noting this is the closest bedroom to the 2nd floor bathroom too. |

Just like the "Blue" room, this bedroom features a queen and twin size beds with the "red" themed bedding, a large closet with a open modular layout and a separate access to the 2nd floor hot tub behind the house. |

The Yellow Room
Easy to think of as the kid's room, this is a quaint bedroom where each kid can have their own bed to themselves and have direct access to a large bathroom.
Room layout includes five twin size beds with the "yellow" themed bedding, an adjoining bathroom with outside access to the 2nd floor hot tub and flower artwork. The bathroom offers a "private" area for the toilet, a two person shower stall and adjoining spare room thats great for storage. |
On The First Floor

The Guest Room
Just like the "Red" and "Blue" rooms, this bedroom features the same queen and twin size beds without the closet space and offers a few other touches like a nightstand with lamp. |
Home Highlights

The Living Area
Spacious with lots of natural light, this area provides plenty of room for a small group conversation or reception. Area highlights include a large gas fireplace, a set of white leather couches with matching chairs, access to the front balcony, ceiling fans and a rather large sail boat painting.
Off to the side by the entry way is the TV area. Along with a nice flat screen TV with satellite hookup, it has two double size, hide-a-bed couches for additional sleeping. |

The Kitchen and Dining Area
Fully stocked and time tested in feeding the troops, this kitchen and dining area is ready to go and is friendly to cook in. Area features include a refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, dish washer, ceramic tiled counter tops, two-sided sink with a separate hot water dispenser, a cooking island with seating for 4 in addition to the 12 person, glass topped table set. |

The Meeting Room
In the room's former life, it was used as a church during retreat getaways. As you can see its ready for mass, or the area can be used for a group function/meeting instead. There are also separate men and women's bathrooms just around the corner, on the left hand side. Room capacity is 50 people. |

Spare Room
Located on the same ground floor as the meeting room, this extra room can be used by the kids with sleeping bags, a kid play area, or anything else you can think of. There is plenty of room here. |
