Check in time is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or Master Card at that time – this is a non-refundable deposit! If a cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month or more prior to arrival.

Room Highlights

THE LIVING AREA

Black, suede furniture combined with mahogany and glass give this open living area class and warmth. The kitchen has all top of the line appliances and the layout is great, especially if you love to cook.
Floor to ceiling windows make this a perfect place to sit back and watch the ocean or enjoy the fireplace while you watch tv.
Whatever your pleasure is -- the Miramar has it.

THE LOFT

Above the living area at the top of the beautiful stairway is a huge open loft. There is a queen bed, a twin bed and a queen sleeper
sofa that will sleep up to 5 people comfortably. If the brown suede couch and love seat don't highlight the area for you...the view will.

 

THE BEDROOMS

There are 2 master bedroom suites on either end of the house, the south suite has direct access to the hot tub out of the french door.

Miramar has 5 bathrooms, some have showers and others have a shower/tub combo. They are all just as nice as the rest of the house

A small bedroom can be found off of the living room -it has a twin/double bunk bed - a great room to stash the kids in.

BONUS ROOM

There is a bonus room that is located off of the garage -- it has a queen size sleeper and tv.
