We have another brand new, 2-story home in Ocean Shores that is only available on a short-term, rental basis. Overall this home resides in the Duck Lake neighborhood, just a short walk away from Chinook Park.

The outside this house offers nice long porch with landscaping in front, a smaller deck behind the house, with a novel, wheel fire pit in the backyard and more than a few trees around the property for privacy. On the inside this home offers a sophisticated combination of different Indian & rustic, ocean accents with contemporary furnishings and modern art.

As for the layout this home boasts 3 bedrooms with a queen-sized bed each, a fully stocked kitchen, dining/living areas, a large open area on the second floor with a balcony view of the living area and two bathrooms. Other amenities of interest include two TVs w/DVD player and cable TV, local phone access, a gas fireplace in the living area and artwork. This home can sleep up to 6 people.

This is a brand new kitchen and fully stocked including new appliances (microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker, etc.), Ash wood cabinetry, stone-tile counter tops, a steel topped serving cart, a separate cooking island featuring a 2-sided kitchen sink (with built-in garbage disposal), additional counter space, storage and another rug to admire while cooking.

The dining area features a rustic, 5-person table and additional seating for 3 people at the counter.

As for the dining area, it shares the same open-space layout as the living & kitchen areas and features a rustic, 5-person wooden table with a modern flower painting and area rug decor. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island for 3 additional people.

Need to relax, entertain a few friends, or watch the Big Game? Then you'll love this room.  Area highlights include an armoire with a 27" TV w/DVD player and stereo system, gas fireplace, two nice sofas with a matching easy chair, a vintage styled wooden chair, area rug/rug accents, a vintage chest used as a coffee table, wooden chest accent and artwork.

The Master Bedroom

Is it time to retire & enjoy a good night of sleep or did you get elected to watch the big game else where? Then your personal sanctuary is waiting.

Room highlights include a four poster bed with a queen size mattress, an armoire with a 20" TV (including a built-in DVD player), large walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a tub/shower unit, a "loved" leather recliner and a sliding glass door access to the outside deck.

The Guest Room

Is it time to retire for the evening, but you need a place for your guests or another room to separate the kids? Look no further than this room.

Room highlights include a queen size bed with a carved headboard, a 3-drawer oak dresser, wicker storage chest, wood night stands with lamps, area rug and storage closet.

Not officially part of the this bedroom, this bathroom is right next door and is accessible from the common hallway. Highlights include a walk-in shower, wrought metal accents and a unique. stylish sink made with a carving accented wooden dresser.

The Kids Room

When its bedtime time for the kids, they have their own room upstairs. Overall the room has a simple layout including a queen size bed, a wooden, 5-drawer dresser, 2-sets of track lighting in the ceiling and a couple other creature comforts & art work.

Even though this room doesn't have every amenity the other bedrooms offer, it will encourage them to get out and do something instead of hibernating there.
