Check in time is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card at that time. There is a 14 day cancellation policy ($25.00 cancellation fee) prior to arrival. Any cancelled made less than the 14 day cancellation will forfeit the first night deposit.

This nice and cozy two level home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with a Jacuzzi tub in the up stairs bathroom), full kitchen, TV/VCR, washer and dryer, wood stove, and a new deck with an ocean view.

There is a limit of eight-person occupancy and two vehicles on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside this home (not inside). Pets are allowed at an additional $20 per night, per pet charge.
