Check in time is 4pm, early check ins must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at that time – this is a non-refundable deposit! If a cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month or more prior to arrival.

To rent this property you must be at least 25 years old or older.

Pet Fee $10/night per pet
2 night minimum stay required on weekends and 3 nights minimum stay required on holidays.


Marina View in Ocean Shores

This 4 bedroom/2 bath home is perfect for the family who wants to spend quality time together. Four miles from the hustle and bustle of town - there are still plenty of things to do. There is freshwater and saltwater fishing, the marina and the Speedway go-cart track all within a 2 block radius. And if you want to stay in - try your hand at a game of horesshoes, have a BBQ, kick back and watch a movie or fire up the hot tub for a quick soak.

If you like beach combing - Damon Point is
the best agate and shell beach around.
And at the tip of the point is the remains
of the Catala Shipwreck. Something for
every member of your property.

 

Room Highlights

Damon Point has 2 separate living areas - one upstairs for the adults and a family room on the first floor for the kids. The deck off the living room has a beautiful view of the harbor and marina.

This is a kitchen large enough for more than one cook, just in case someone wants to volunteer to help.


There are 2 sleeper sofas and a twin rollaway for extra guests.


The master bedroom has a king size bed, then there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the 4th bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed.
