Check in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am. Guest stays lasting two nights will require an advanced deposit of the first night plus tax. Longer stays will require an advanced deposit of 30% of the reservation with tax.
Both deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking.

This 1993 modular home has plenty of extras not visable at first look With a private fenced back yard and semi enclosed hot tub on the back deck - it makes a perfect place for a vacation retreat. The ocean is a 3-4 minute walk away, although during the winter months the once dry dunes turn into wetlands making for a nearly impossible passage.

This house is pet, adult and kid friendly!


Room Highlights
The living/dining/kitchen areas are free flowing and open. A woodstove helps to keep the area warm and cozy. A queen sleeper sofa adds additional sleeping area for larger families and drop in guests. A fully equipped kitchen helps to feed the crew.


This house has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in 2 rooms and a double in the 3rd room. The master bedroom suite has a garden tub and separate shower stall.
