Check in time is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first night plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at that time – this is a non-refundable deposit! If a cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month or more prior to arrival.

To rent this property you must be at least 25 years old or older.

Brand New 3 Bedroom Home in Ocean City

Just 5 miles outside of Ocean Shores on the Ocean City beach approach is one of the newest properties available for nightly rental. Situated beside the Green Tree, is it's sister property, the Blue Tree will accomodate 8 people alone or 16 people when rented together.

This home is beautifully decorated with the renter in mind. Not only will it sleep a large family - they can bring their dog to enjoy the beach, too. And when the day is over, kick back in the hot tub and enjoy the sunset!
There is a deck with a view and BBQ.

 

Room Highlights

The main living area with the master bedroom suite is located on the 2nd floor with an outstanding view from almost every room. This kitchen is a chef's dream!
Sit in front of the gas fireplace and watch the waves or take a walk on the beach.
The master suite has a king size bed and a full bath and there is another half bath off of the living area.

There are 3 bedrooms in the Blue Sea - two of them are located on the
first level - each has a queen size bed.

There is another full bath down stairs.

Located off of the living room on the deck is a gas bar-b-que and 3-4 person hot tub. Add a view of the ocean and it's the perfect way to spend a day at the beach.
