Ocean Side in Ocean Shores
The Banks house is an older, 2-story home that is located a few miles from down town Ocean Shores. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hot tub, and
large deck with an ocean side view.
Other amenities include a full kitchen, dining area, a TV, wood burning fire place, washer and dryer, an extra refrigerator in the utility area, and various
board games/puzzles. This home would be great for a little family getaway at the beach or a clam-digging weekend.
Please note pets are not allowed and there is a 2 vehicle maximum limit at this home.

Room Highlights

On the first floor there are two bedrooms available, the "guest" room and the "kids" room.
The Guest Room
This is a good room for guests or parents to stay in. The room layout is similar to the Kids room, but it faces towards the back yard. For amenities the room offers a full size
bed, large closet space, stand up dresser, nightstands, and some artwork.
The Kids Room
As you can see the kids room offers two twin size beds with some kid friendly furniture. As for room, it's comparable to the guestroom and includes a large dresser with mirror,
a good size closet, end tables, and some artwork. As for a view the kids won't have much too look at in the front yard.

The Master Bedroom
Located on the second floor, this bedroom offers a corner, ocean side view, a full size bed with a combination head board with a built-in storage feature, a large closet area with
mirrored doors, 17" TV, dresser, and some art work. |

The Living Room
A nice thing about this part of the house is the layout is in an open area format with a lot of natural light. Beyond that you have the typical living room layout with the TV and
wood fireplace as part of the focus of the area. Next to the door leading to the deck outside is a small storage area with board games, puzzles, and some more with artwork on the
wall. |

The Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is in a standard layout with a room to move in and features a dual fridge/freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher, and is fully stocked. The dining area features a
comfortable four-person table with room for three additional seats at the breakfast nook. |

The Hot Tub
Overall it's located in an enclosed part of the back yard, right next to the house. Here you can have 4 people comfortably relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. Just remember
that you need to go through the back door to get there.
