a cancellation is made the deposit can be used towards another reservation within one year if the cancellation is one month or more prior to arrival.

... How sweet the sound in Ocean Shores
We have another wonderful family friendly home that's completely brand new with a hot tub. This little family treasure is located right by Damon Point Park and offers a partial ocean view. So the beach is a short walk away.
The house layout is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom design with a large living area inside and a hot tub on the front porch. As for the decor, the outside features a log cabin like feeling. On the inside offers a more contemporary, family setting with different artistic touches like the nautical coat racks and photographic artwork through out the home.
For parking and sleeping there is a 12 person sleeping limit, but no parking limit on the number of vehicles outside. There is even enough room to allow for a single RV parking, but there are no hook ups provided.
Please note pets are welcomed, but this is a non-smoking and no shoe home. A shoe rack is provided on the inside for your convenience. |

The Living Area
Being the largest area of the house there's plenty of room for the kids to run around in or host a nice size family get together.
The living room area offers a pull-out couch, sofa, chair, gas fireplace, coffee table, some family friendly videos, books, games and a stereo system.
On the other side, the fully stocked kitchen features a large open layout with everything within easy reach including a 4-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer and the cooking island. Just behind the kitchen is a utility area that hold the washer, dryer and a doorway for outside access.
Along side the kitchen, the dining area features a 6-person table with window side views of the outside and a chandelier hanging above. |

The Master Bedroom
Now it's the parent's turn to relax and retire for the evening. This master bedroom offers plenty of room along with a queen size wrought iron, canopy bed, a big screen cable tv and a larger, separate bathroom with tile counter top and wood flooring.
Other touches include two, 2-drawer night stands with lamps, a couple of nice photographic artwork, and an artistic triangular valance. |

The Guest Rooms
Got Guests??? ... in that case there are a couple of rooms just for them. With two guest rooms featuring a queen bed each, there no problem making sure everyone gets a good night sleep.
Beyond the minor differences in furniture, each guest room offers a similar one-room with closet layout, but the second guest room offers more room. Great for any guest with an extra bundle of joy in their lives. |

The Kid's Room
It's bedtime for the kids and their room is ready. For sleeping this room offers a twin/double bunk bed. On the decor side this room offer a few child friendly touches including a child sized end table with room for books, colorful photography and lights too. |
