This is another beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a spectacular Ocean View. Like the other units, unit 5 offers a similar layout ... the same type of oak cabinetry in the kitchen that's convenient to cook in, a single bathroom, a dining area with window side views, a living area with easy balcony access and a family friendly decor. In the living area there is an other addition, a pull out sofa. So this unit can sleep a total of 6 people.
As for views take a look at what a sunny day looks like from the balcony. Nice and relaxing isn't it?
Please Note: This room is located on the second floor and is non-smoking. Small dogs are welcomed for an additional charge of $10 per night, but no cats (the owner is highly allergic to them). Sleeps up to 6 people. |

The Master Bedroom
This Master bedroom offers a lot of room and includes a queen-size bed, TV, ceiling fan and a 5-drawer dresser. As for the view it only offers a side view that can't compare the the view from the balcony.
On the bright side, this bedroom is the furthest away from the living area. So it will be nice place to be when the next super bowl game is on. |

The Guest Bedroom
While a little smaller than the master bedroom, it still has plenty of room for guests or the kids and includes a queen size bed, dresser and closet. |

Decorated in a more mature decor, Unit 6 offers a similar layout to the other units ... two bedrooms with a single bathroom, the same type of oak cabinetry in the kitchen that's convenient to cook in, a dining area with window side views, a living area with easy balcony access and wonderful ocean side views.
As you can see the decor of this unit offers a more mature theme than the other units. So it's a great choice for an adult getaway or families with older children.
