Welcome to the Muriah!

We have a selection of units that are available as a short term monthly rental. The Muriah is a new, five-floor condominium complex built by the North Shore Jetty in Ocean Shores.

For the view each unit there has either an ocean side deck or patio. Each of these monthly units are furnished with full kitchens, private utility rooms and can comfortable sleep up to four people. Lets not forget the easy access to the ocean too.

The following policies only applies to the following 4 units at the Nautilus.

Check in time is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival, and check out is at 11am. An advance deposit of the first month plus tax is required at the time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard at that time.

This property has a 14 day cancellation policy (less at $15.00 accounting fee). Cancellations within the 14 days are not refundable. Minimum Age Requirement: Be at least 25 years old to rent this property(s).
