We have wonderful rental treat for you ... a beautiful 3-story duplex that's down by the jetty in Ocean Shores. On the inside there are 3 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a 3rd floor balcony and ground floor access to the beach.

As for the rest of the house ... black granite kitchen counter tops and a plush living area offering ocean side views with a big screen HDTV on the top floor, uniquely decorated bedrooms with a wonderfully unforgettable master bedroom you want as your own and finally the chance to see this and more for yourself.

The Kitchen & Dining Area

This area is an awe inspiring example of a well designed area that is highly functional and a pleasure to be in.

The kitchen section is lined with black granite counter tops everywhere with a decorative tiled slate backslash along the counter wall. Otherwise the kitchen is full stocked and includes a gas stove with oven, refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Additional seating for two is provided at the kitchen island.

As for the dining area, diners are treated to front row ocean side viewing next to the balcony access (a sliding glass door) at a handsome, 6-person table.

The Master Bedroom

This is the largest of the bedrooms with its' own private bathroom and exceptional ocean views..

Highlights for this bedroom include wonderful ocean views, full size bed, stone tiled gas fireplace, Big Screen TV, a very nice white chaise lounge, nautical touches through out the room ... and don't forget to the Master Bathroom.

Complete with a jetted tub (with ocean view), separate shower & his/her sinks all decorated with stone tile work.

The 1st Guest Bedroom (Ocean Front)

As a guest room, this one offers the best ocean view, except for the master bedroom. To help compliment the ocean view, the rooms decor offers a nice mixture of nautical elements with some local history & firefighting artwork/elements.

Beyond the gorgeous ocean side views, other room high lights include a queen bed, a 14" tv with a built in VCR and complimentary furniture.

The 2nd Guest Bedroom (The Green Room)

As guest bedroom go, this is definitely a very unique and distinct room. The overall theme is an asian decor with a strong "green" presence to represent family, peace ... & good health. Decor highlights include some nice asian artwork/symbols and mementos of previous visits abroad.

As for the room highlights ... queen size bed, a 14" tv with a built in VCR, some furniture, a partial view of the ocean view and rural view of Ocean Shores.

Please be advised the photographic artwork in this room includes a scene taken at a "stupa" (a type of memorial) that is best not viewed by younger children.

The 3rd Guest Bedroom (The Sun Room)

Just like the other guest rooms, this one offers a unique decor. In this case the room has a more "sun-room" motif with a textured, warm yellow walls, cowboy inspired artwork and a touch of more nautical art.

As for the other room highlights ... there is a queen size., 14" tv with VCR, tiled floor with a very large area rug and some nice "romantic" moments with the sun as it sets.

For location this room is the only bedroom on the first floor, next to the game room and the slider for outside access.

As the saying goes.... a picture is worth a thousand words. Just imaging what is something like this worth when you can see it unfold from start to finish. All without a single commercial interruption.

The Den

If you need to be alone for a little while for some work or to catch up on some reading in peace. There is a separate room just for you. Don't worry about the "bear skin" rug because it's not real..

The Game Room

Here you can play pool, head out to the beach, admire some of the family moment or lay down for some shut eye.
