Bed & Breakfast        Condos         Homes         Hotels & Motels

Dog Policy:

You are required to take your dog with you every time you leave the condo.
Dogs are not allowed to use the ocean side lawn for their business of the sides of the building. The street lawn and the parking lot side lawn is the place to be. You are required to pick up after your dog to the west of the Puppy Poop sign and on the trail to the beach. There are bags in the office as accidents do happen.

No dog washing is allowed in the units. If you must wash your dog we may be able to accommodate you in our utility sink. On the same note please do not use "people towels" on your pooch, we have "doggie towels" as well as doggie blankets available.

Common courtesy also assumes you won't have Fido in the beds or allow hair to get on the linen, by way of your clothes, etc. (some dog hair is impossible to get out of the linen and towels). It will cost you!

All dogs must be leashed while on the property for their safety and the safety of the guests.

The only time a dog may be left in a vehicle is when the owners are in the hot tub and tell the managers that the dog is in the vehicle. A barking dog in a vehicle will cost you $50.00 and hour!

Two dogs per condo is the maximum that is allowed.

Sorry, cats are not allowed in the condos. A large cleaning fee will be automatically charged to your credit card.

99% of our dog owners know that the above is just common sense but we must state our policy for all to read. You will be charged on the credit card you gave us for the room reservation if there is any deviation of our policy and that includes a barking dog left in a room. That barking dog will cost you $50.00 an hour.

Please initial the space next to the pet charge on your registration slip. This assures us that you have read the above and there are no surprises, or "nobody told me" about that.

Thanks for understanding, for every "bad owner"
We have 1,000 "wonderful dog owners"
