The Beach Front Condos are
privately owned condos.
Each unit sleeps up to four
with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed couch
in the living room. The kitchens are fully equipped with service
for four, including a full size refrigerator, range, dishwasher,
coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There are also private balconies
on the 2nd and 3rd floors overlooking the ocean with a fantastic
view.
Please Note: These condos do not have elevator(s). Also phones
or WIFI access is not available for these units. For guests planning to bring pet(s) with them, please click here to read the pet policy. |

Check in
time is 4pm, early check in must be approved prior to arrival,
and check out is at 11am. An
advance deposit of the first night plus tax is required at the
time of the booking and will be charged to your Visa or Master
Card at that time.
This property has a 14 day cancellation policy
(less at $15.00 accounting fee). Cancellations within the 14
days are not refundable. Minimum Age Requirement: Be at least
25 years old to rent this property(s). |

Condo is stocked so well you won't have to leave for anything
once you check in! Located on the main floor, you have a view
of the green belt/picnic area. Sit by a cozy fire (presto logs
only!) and listen to the ocean roar, or watch one of the many
free movies available in the unit, play games or do a puzzle.
1 bedroom with queen bed, living area, full kitchen and full
bath. TV with DVD/VCR/CD player and surround sound stereo. Very
close to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery.

puzzles, etc. Perfect for when the winter storms come through.
This unit is also located on the main floor with a view of the
green belt/picnic area. A safe place for the kids to run free.
These units are close to the Waterpark or right next door is
the Comfort Inn where you can purchase a $5.00 day pass and swim
to your hearts content! Sleeps 4.
